Holy Glass Skyscraper, Batman. This 56-storey residential tower (designed by Switzerland-based architecture firm Herzog & de Meuron) was started in 2008 and was slated for completion in late 2010. Unfortunately, in January 2009 skyscraperpage.com noted that construction of the building was suspended, due to financial problems. I figured it out though; they just didn’t order enough curtains.Those are going to take awhile.
